About Us

Welcome to Tots N Toyland! We are a state-licensed preschool and childcare center serving children from birth through age 6. Our leadership team includes Erica Dorsey, our Administrator; Callie Dean, our Program Director; and Jacqueline Morales, our Assistant Program Director. 

Together, we bring decades of experience, professional knowledge, and a shared commitment to providing high-quality care in a safe, nurturing environment.

Erica is a former nationally registered EMT with expertise in child safety and life-saving techniques. She places a strong emphasis on prevention, preparation, and planning and holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Preschool Early Childhood Education.

Callie, co-founder of Tots N Toyland and our Acting Program Director, plays an important role in guiding our daily operations and supporting our teaching team. She brings a strong foundation in childcare and holds multiple certifications in Early Childhood Education, including a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Toddlers. Her leadership helps promote consistency in our classrooms, support our teachers, and maintain a positive, engaging environment for children and families.

Jackie, our Acting Assistant Program Director, is an experienced member of our leadership team who has been with Tots N Toyland since the center opened in 2018. She holds multiple certifications in Early Childhood Education and contributes to the daily coordination of our program, helping support staff, maintain classroom quality, and ensure that children receive attentive, dependable care.

Our leadership team is knowledgeable about childhood development and age-appropriate educational milestones. We are dedicated to making each child’s day meaningful, engaging, and enriching. 

Our team includes 12–14 dedicated teachers, each bringing unique experiences and perspectives to our center. All of our teachers are full-time childcare professionals who are committed to their work in early childhood education. This allows us to provide children with consistent caregivers, familiar routines, and dependable relationships throughout the day, every day. Rather than relying on part-time staff who may have other primary commitments, we prioritize a professional team focused on the care, development, and well-being of the children entrusted to us. We value every team member and recognize that our success depends on a shared passion for early childhood education and an unwavering commitment to the children in our care.
