3 Week Notice for End of Services
We require a 3 week paid notice...
We hate to see you go, but we understand that life happens and circumstances change. If you plan to discontinue services, we require three weeks (15 operating days) of paid advance notice. This allows us to say farewell to your child and make the necessary arrangements for our schedule.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of care, provided the required notice has been given and all tuition fees are up to date. If notice is given midweek, a prorated charge of $60 per day will apply, regardless of the child's age group.
Please remember that subsidy agencies authorize payment only for the period during which your child is in care. You must make appropriate arrangements with your subsidy agency and coordinate your child's expected withdrawal date to comply with this 15-operating-day notice policy.
